impressed by the power of new media...

it's true that new media and social networks get more and more powerful; more wired. It's amazing that during the last Mumbai crisis the Twitter was one of the front line source of information and what was happened there in real time. At the same time, companies start to realize that in order to be in contact with customers have to get closer, to read their opinion not just to try to listen, to smell, to feel what they want but to read it. And they can do that by being one with them, getting closer where they work, live, express, write, communicate and being one of them, one of us. It's better to "talk" with people want to get their attention so easier to understand than try to impress them through really expensive campaigns. The most valuable campaign is to be there, to be always there, to talk, to answer, to listen, to admit, to chat with people you like to get something from you, to pay money to have your services. And there, new media and social networks make things to be more fancy, easier, better, more interesting!
New Media and Social Networking is here and is what each company has to turn to if they want to win the communication battle, if they want to be up to the point every moment.

Ρε φίλε, με το συμπάθειο, μας τα 'χεις πρήξει στο twitter με τις καταστροφές των αθώων δανειοληπτών. Επιχειρήματα του τύπου "τι φταίει αυτός που του σπάνε το..." έχουν μια και μόνο απάντηση. Τίποτα. Το 99% συμφωνούμε. Εκεί που πρέπει όμως να εστιάσουμε είναι ότι χάθηκε η ζωή ενός παιδιού. Και ποιός σου είπε τελικά ότι είναι υπέρ της βίας. Να αποπροσανατολίσεις θες;
